Appointment of Principal – a message from our Governors

You will be aware that Mr David Lewis has been leading the school as Principal on a temporary basis since September 2018. Following an exhaustive interview process, that included considering candidates from other schools, we are pleased to inform you that Mr Lewis has been appointed to the post on a permanent basis.

Governors recognise Mr Lewis’s dedication to South Molton Community College, which has helped maintain the high quality of education following the departure of several staff at the end of the last academic year. We look forward to working with him on the next stage of the school’s development.

Best wishes

Andrew Redpath and Arthur Symons
