Complaints

At SMCC we have a dedicated team who strive daily to provide the best possible educational experience for all our students.  However, as with all large establishments, there are times when you may wish to discuss an issue with the school.

For general email enquiries please allow 24 hours for a response as many staff have full-time teaching commitments.

For student issues the correct pathway for contacting the school is;
Subject issues – contact head of subject in the first instance (see our curriculum page)
For unresolved then please contact Mr D Lewis (Vice Principal/Head of Curriculum)

Pastoral issues – contact form tutor and/or head of house in the first instance.
For unresolved issues please contact  Mr C Orr (A Vice Principal/Pastoral Support)

If after following the above pathways you still have an unresolved issue please contact Mr A Finney (Principal)
