Complaints

At SMCC we have a dedicated team who strive daily to provide the best possible educational experience for all our students.  However, as with all large establishments, there are times when you may wish to discuss an issue with the school.

For general email and other enquiries please allow 48 hours for a response as many staff have full-time teaching commitments.

For student issues the correct pathway for contacting the school is:
Subject issues – contact Head of Department in the first instance (see our curriculum page).  If unresolved then please contact the appropriate Head of Year.

Pastoral issues – contact form tutor and/or Student Support Officers in the first instance.  If unresolved please contact the appropriate Head of Year.
