1 Cyberbullying The use of electronic communication to bully a person eg threatening messages

2 Upstander A person who speaks or acts in support of an individual or cause

3 Assertiveness ​ Confident and forceful behaviour.​

4 Discrimination ​ Unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people. E.g
race/sex/age/disability.

5 First aid Emergency care or treatment given to an ill or injured person

6 Bystander One who is present but not taking part in the event

7 Anaphylaxis Is a severe allergic reaction the patient will need help immediately

8 Choking To stop breathing because something is blocking your throat

9 CPR Will help circulation and to get oxygen to the body & brain if the heart stops

10 Defibrillator A device which gives a high energy electric shock to the heart of someone whose
heart has stopped beating
