Exciting SMCC campus development for 2022

Devon County Council has now confirmed that funding is in place and a contractor appointed to deliver further new building works at our site. This is a continuation of the work started with the installation of the new canopy/covered area outside.

This week the works will begin to create a new Library/Learning Resource Centre (LRC) and Classroom in a new block. In the main building an additional Science Lab will be created in the science corridor and expanded dining provision in the old LRC space.

The new building is similar in design to the 'Geography Suite' created 2 years ago (pictured below)
